Working with paper is very cool and the market found a variety of options. We could buy already shredded paper for making boats, hearts, and other small parts, do beautiful work in quiling (technique that uses strips of rolled paper) and using origami sheets in A4 or graphics sheet. Who never did as a child that turned accordions cornrows? Thinking about it, in today's post we will learn how to make a paper card heart shape for that special someone. That's it! We will see that the technique is very simple and the result is amazing. Hands on!
- White paper (can be A4 or cardboard);
- Strips of colored paper (use the post shades of red and pink (can be A4 paper or cardstock);
- Ruler, pencil, scissors and knife.
1) With the ruler and pencil trace 15 strips of about 01 cm. The time it is to trace the strips, center them on paper which will later be the card.
2) You yourself can cut strips of paper or buy them ready. If you choose to cut the strips, do the layout on paper or colored cardstock and cut firmly so that it is straight.
3) After this step completed, take the colored strips and intertwine them in strips of white paper. Write as shown below forming a heart.
4) At the end, there's plenty of paper strips in the corners. Cut them with scissors.
5) Enjoy the scraps of colored foil and cut into small square to decorate inside the envelope.
6) Now just save the card and present who you like!
